The My Staff and Team page allows you to manage your staff and their access levels.

Teams

You can think of a team as a chapter within your book of business. A team could represent an individual producer or a division (Group Benefit, Group Retirement, Individual Insurance, etc.) within your firm. Only the employees that are assigned to the specific team can view the team's client.

Staff Members

In this tab, you can manage which individuals have access to your firm's data within BeneOffice. To add a new staff member, click the Add button. If you would like to add multiple staff members at once, you can use the Upload button.

Note: Users that are added will be sent a verification link immediately.
